Here's a birthday card I created using the Patterned Party stamp set from Stampin' Up.
Card base is Pacific Point and Whisper White. Balloons were colored with Brights Stampin' Write Markers. Birthday sentiment stamped in Real Red, backed with Pacific Point and popped up with foam dots. Good card to keep in my collection for a child's birthday. Thanks for looking.
